Booking and Cancellation Policy – Please Read

We require 50% payment on all appointment bookings.

We require 48 hours notice of any cancellations or changes to your appointment or there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost. If you completely forget or don’t let us know we will charge you 100% of your treatment cost.

If however, cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to appointment a full refund will be made.

On Arrival

We’re here to look after you and always aim to ensure your treatment is relaxing and stress free. We are by appointment only therefore our door is always locked. Please ensure you arrive at the appointment time, as we will be with our client until the time of your appointment. We always try to ensure we will be ready for you. Any late arrivals to appointments may constitute a reduced treatment time.

Mobile phones

Skyrah prides itself on providing relaxing and calming ambience for all our clients, so we respectfully ask you to switch off or silence your phone when you arrive.

Children

Children between the ages of 12-16 wishing to receive treatments will need to be accompanied by an adult and will be required to sign our consent form. The age may vary depending on the treatment. Our insurance policy has asked that we do not allow children under 12 into the salon for their own safety.

Gifts at Skyrah

Skyrah gift vouchers make a perfect present for that special someone in your life. You can purchase gift vouchers for a specific treatment, combination of treatments or an amount. Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. We do not extend vouchers.

Consultations

Our expert therapists offer a consultation service and advice is always available for queries with regards to treatments or products.
