With an initial background in the health & fitness industry l moved into holistic therapy in 2005. Primarily qualifying as a reflexology practitioner, additional training and ongoing professional development allows me to now offer Indian Head Massage & Ayurvedic foot massage. I incorporate varied relaxation techniques in all my treatments with the aim of helping clients to reduce the stress of modern day living and achieve an increased sense of well-being!

A mixture of traditional Indian and Western massage techniques applied to the upper back, shoulders, neck scalp and face. It has links with ancient healing system of Ayurveda: a sanskirt word meaning “science of life and longevity”. Its approach is to achieve a balance between body, mind and spirit. Works on areas of tension found in the upper body and creates a sense of calm and tranquility.

A consultation will be given before treatment to ensure suitability and continued well-being.

Please note: The following conditions are contra-indications to treatment.
Unstable Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Osteoprosis and Pregnancy – 1st Trimester.

Aftercare Advice

To gain maximum benefit from your treatment it is recommended to be restful, avoid stimulants such as caffeine/ alcohol and drink plenty of water or herbal tea. This helps the body to heal, release toxins and find its natural balance.
